We are pleased to announce the coming together of CCG and Hudson Meridian Construction Group, a leading New York based construction firm. Hudson Meridian will bring their US focused experience and construction expertise to further strengthen CCG’s offering so that we can provide the full solution for clients, from conception to handover. Together we will provide expertise across the full range of services for clients in Saudi Arabia and the region.
A memorandum of understanding has been signed by Hudson Meridian, represented by Richard Cote, Executive Vice President and CCG, represented by Ghaith Abujaber, Executive Director of Global Business Development. We have each entered this agreement to join forces in taking on new projects from our shared base in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Our collaboration began with the vision to combine two industry leaders who have contributed to building up some of the world’s key business and hospitality destinations. We have come together to combine our experience from the USA and the Middle East and our complementary strengths in general construction, architecture and engineering, construction management and project management to provide a singular partnership that offers turnkey solutions for any type of project regardless of size or location.
Based in New York and established in 2002, Hudson Meridian is a leader in program management, construction management, and general contracting services. The firm provides services for a wide range of public and private sector clients and has developed a number of projects that adorn the famous New York City skyline. With expertise in infrastructure, core construction, renovations, new buildings, public housing and coastal resilience projects, Hudson Meridian’s national and local industry awards are a testament to the high standards of the projects produced by the team.
This will be Hudson Meridian’s first time entering this market and we are pleased to be partnering with a team that is so committed to their clients and to developing their processes, with priorities and values that align closely with CCG’s.
For a few years now, Hudson Meridian has been planning to enter the region.
