Project Description

This project serves as a business center for all investors coming into Nouadhibou, which is a free zone area considered to be the economic capital of Mauritania.

The project is composed of a single 3 and a half story building. The ground, first and second floors house the mall, hypermarket, bank, and coffee shops. The third partial floor houses the business center and conference center.

Only part of the land was used, the rest is left for future expansion as the city is projected to grow and develop in the coming years.
