Project Description

Al Takhassusi Complex is a commercial project, identifiable by its simple yet recognizable triangular design.

Developed from two equilateral triangles, the project hosts 10 retail shops with terraces that are shaded by the mass above. This is achieved through subtractions in the mass and the intersections between the triangles.

The complex exudes quality, efficiency, and openness. It is designed to respond to its context and land analysis, with multiple spatial formations for its variety of functions.
