Project Description

The geometric and structural design services for the Safeway - Commodore interchanges in Amman were carried out in two stages.

An in-depth study and evaluation of the existing conditions, to prepare alternative solutions for the two problematic at-grade intersections, then completion of the design and contract documents for the approved alternative.

The new design includes a multi-span bridge with 12 spans, an underpass, surface drainage system, retaining walls, and all technical calculations to increase the safety of road users, minimize traffic and improve travel times around Amman.
