Project Description

A large mixed use development complex featuring three 20-story tower buildings, two for residential use and one for commercial use.

Each of the towers offers basement level retail and parking garages, with the commercial tower providing 220 shops, 7 cinemas, a supermarket, restaurants, leisure facilities, a pharmacy and an events venue.

The project gained approval by presidential order and creates around 1,200 jobs in the commercial tower itself, with another 2,500 indirect jobs.
