Project Description

A visionary concept master plan and pre-feasibility study for a unique lake resort in Aqaba. Located on top of a mountain, it enjoys scenic views of the Gulf of Aqaba.

As well as the manmade lake, the resort will include hotels, residences, a park, marina, recreational zone, water sports area, and a commercial zone, as well as a cable car connecting the resort with the lower area beside the sea.

The aim was to utilize this strategic location to create a high-end luxury leisure resort for tourists, residents, and visitors, as well as to create a new landmark for the city.
