Project Description

A mixed-use building located within the premises of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mosque. The project consists of a hypermarket, an entertainment center, Ain Coop offices, retail shops, a medical center, cafes, restaurants and a sports center.

The vision for this project is to provide public access to world class open spaces and recreational facilities. The landscape design celebrates the project's identity and provides facilities to cater for family outings and gatherings of varying scales.

The architectural language of the project and the landscape treatment were designed using geometric patterns to establish a modern texture and layering. A series of free flowing lines form the buildings and the spaces between them and water features are a strong and integral feature of the design concept.
