A 30-floor hotel tower, prominently located on the periphery of Al Karama in Dubai. 
 
Developed in an area of low-rise buildings, its design interacts with the open space in front of it as well as Sheikh Zayed Road's iconic skyline. 
 
The project is envisioned to stand tall, as a unique landmark within its immediate surroundings and the city as a whole.
