Project Description

A landscape architectural solution to revitalize the space while engaging the existing surroundings. Inspired by its unique location, the aim was to protect and emphasize the current environment and create a social space with a resort-like feeling.

The site includes a marina with a private beach and pavilion, for guests to relax and enjoy seaside activities. The planting strategy preserves the important existing plants and improves the palette with a range of native plantation to suit the site's environmental and ecological aspects.

Permeable and interconnected open spaces enhance the natural features of the area to create a welcoming and engaging space that promotes interaction, recreation, relaxation and exploration.
