Project Description

A project consisting of 34 residential buildings in 4 zones with common facilities in between. The zones are categorized according to unit size, with 6-16 buildings in each. All buildings have 16 floors and feature residential apartments from studios to 3-bedrooms.

The additional common shared facilities zone includes an 8-floor, 100-key hotel and 3 blocks of retail shops with basements, ground and first floors.

The service buildings include guard rooms, electrical rooms, a water tank and pump. CCG provided full architectural and infrastructure design and planning as well as construction supervision.
