Project Description

A residential project of 1759 villas with 11 prototypes in one area of a master plan. The main priority was to use high quality structural techniques for all villas.

The design achieves high security, fire protection and includes a safety and control system. The architectural expression for the site will be integrated with the Iraqi and Kurdish culture and this is represented in the style of the villas.

The high-end gated community is the first project in Erbil that is built on its natural ground height. It has great views of nature and encompasses a luxury lifestyle with excellent security and facilities.
