Project Description

This project comprises 340 residential apartments developed in 4 low blocks in the Plage des Nations resort.

The apartments range in size from 125m² to 170m², with retail spaces at seaside level, and parking in the basement. While taking advantage of the site’s variation, the volumes are integrated in a playful and animated style.

The result is an unparalleled coastal residential area of luxury properties situated between the golf course and the ocean.
