Project Description

Designed to be one of Amman's most vibrant venues, all design elements had to link to its context and facilitate future partnerships with other projects such as Taj Mall.

Inspired by the site’s topography, the design ensures efficiency and a balanced cut and fill relationship. Two separate parts are connected to the remainder of the site, connected by bridges and indoor arcades. The promenade provides lively, welcoming spaces, and achieves maximum connection with surrounding streets.

The design strategy is sustainable in terms of natural lighting and ventilation, without missing out on the aesthetic qualities and modernism of the design.
