A vibrant, family-friendly leisure destination featuring retail stores and a main anchor tenant for entertainment and services.

The design is a box from the outside, with triangles on the inside, creating a dynamic landscape. This juxtaposition, along with the manipulation of light and shade, creates spaces that are perceived differently depending on where you stand in the project.

The triangle is an important element in the architectural heritage of Saudi Arabia, inspiring simple, yet characterful buildings. Perceiving a square, yet encountering the bold angles of the triangles creates a unique walking experience through the project.
